Clwyd MS Darren Millar has raised concerns with Royal Mail following reports of delays to mail deliveries across his constituency.
In recent weeks, Darren has been contacted by residents in Colwyn Bay, Rhos on Sea, Towyn and Kinmel Bay who have reported problems with their post arriving late or not being delivered as expected.
Darren is aware that similar issues are being experienced in other parts of North Wales and has once again reported the concerns to Royal Mail, seeking explanations and assurances that action is being taken to resolve the problems.
Commenting, Darren said:
"In recent weeks I have again been contacted by constituents who are experiencing problems with delayed mail deliveries.
"Residents rely on Royal Mail for important correspondence, including bills, medical appointment letters, test results, and other official documents, so it is extremely concerning to hear that people are not receiving their post as they should.
"I have raised these concerns with Royal Mail once again to demand an explanation and to know what action to being taken to address this problem."
